Having problems with the app?

We update the CheckoutSmart app frequently to bring you new offers and new functionality. Some of these will only be available if you have the latest version of the CheckoutSmart app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, so download the latest version to enjoy the best possible experience.

If you have difficulty signing into the app, you can reset your password by selecting the ‘Forgot Password’ option, available on the sign-in page.

If you have difficulty uploading an image, try deleting the app and reinstalling the latest version. Alternatively, you can upload images and manage your account online at www.checkoutsmart.com
